We recommend you to stay at Hotel Bel Air, which is next to the conference site and walking distance from the station and downtown Sendai. We have reserved a block of 40 single rooms in Hotel Bel Air from Jan 9 check-in to Jan 13 check-out at a conference rate of 6,300 yen per night per guest (5,500 yen without breakfast). Please let us know if you want to make use of the reservation (first come, first served).
